Loved the location. The hotel had good amenities and was situated across the pink cathedral. Tran Phu street is relatively quiet with moderate traffic; it's near the Han market and the Han river park. Eateries, restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. It's a one-way street with traffic lights so you don't have to worry about crossing the street. The hotel offered enough variety for the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I wish there was a more solid partition (instead of just frosted glass) to divide the bathroom from the bedroom to give guests more privacy.

I liked the location - located near the Da Nang river and close by to many amenities and shops. There are decent looking pho restaurants just down the street form the hotel, a popular cafe/coffee place right next to it and good massage places close by. We didn't manage to try everything but the coffee place and massage place was good. Staff were generally ok and fairly responsive to feedback, and were eager to help. Rooms were very clean and upkept.Decent hotel breakfast with good variety of carbs and proteins, as well as sweet treats. Tastes ok too.

Air conditioning was not good. Thermostat says 16C when real temperature in room is closer to 25 - 27 degrees. We had hotel staff over to the room a few times to try to sort it out the issue - it did bring about some improvement but not optimal.There is no door or any wall between the toilet and shower - something that we found common in Vietnam hotels. Take note if you are not travelling with partner/spouse.The view from the balcony or corridor windows were not impressive. Just a city view with loads of old buildings surround the hotel, so can't be helped.

Location is good just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Han river bank, Han market. Not too far from Dragon bridge. Danang Cathedral is right across the road.There'repPlenty of convenient stores, cafes, eateries, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.Hotel room is clean & comfortable. Sufficient English language programs on TV. Restaurant is clean breakfast showcase the local diet which is interesting to us. Breakfast menu changes a bit daily which makes having breakfast there not so boring.The Spa services on top floor is superb and there was 50% off during our stay period. It also has a windy & nice tiny bar on the top floor.Hotel Staff are super polite and hospitable it makes one feel so welcomed.? particularly Miss Hanh and Mr Nineh.

The temp. of breakfast coffee was not hot enough during our entire stay but tea was ok, may be the hot plate wasn’t working well.?Bathroom walls are made of frosted glass, unless you're staying with spouse otherwise showers would be free butt shows. Unfortunately most hotels there have similar bathroom design.?Toilet door has no latch, and no rack to place phone.

People in the reception must speak english. Its not appropriate to ask for something common and not understand. Also they were not friendly at all

mass from a nearby church with powerful speakers and loud sermons, at 6 a.m., although the balcony was closed. And the sad funeral services began at 4 a.m. with a loud orchestra

Rooms were big, clean and great decor

View from the balcony was poor, it was a wall. The breakfast was also poor

The staff were so attentive which i truly appreciated especially being a solo traveler. Things like helping me book a car, suggesting activities etc with everything done super quickly via whatsapp. Other than the staff, I loved the room I was staying in, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, the gym did the job as well.

The air conditioner took quite a time to make the room completely cool.

No air con in the hall ways , I thought I had booked a room with view of dragon bridge but it was not in view of the bridge,

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Helped us with an issue with our flights and spoke to airline on our behalf. Arranged trips and transfers. Very good location, near to the dragon bridge. Room was a very good size with a comfortable bed.

Tiny balcony with no furniture to make the most of it (having to hire furniture for your own balcony seems very strange). Showing signs of needing a deep clean and lick of paint.

Great central location, waterfront just few steps away. Pink cathedral in front of the door. Dragon bridge near by. Great places to eat all around.

The location was good at a good price. Lots of food, gelato, coffee and brewery beer within walking distance and the airport is about 10 minutes away. There was a view from our balcony of the 'chicken church' which apparently is a thing. Buffet breakfast was open early which was good when our flight was early.

The room was a bit dated and worn but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There were nearby hotels with a better rooftop view of the bridges so we went there for pictures.

Location is great!! Just in the city center and all the attractions are nearby. Across the road is pink cathedral, and there are so many souvenir shops, restaurants and market nearby.

It seems that the hot water for bath is not enough. If you take the shower more than 20 minutes, and the water will getting less hot than usual.
